Kaupapa Māori education

Kaupapa Māori education includes information predominantly about kohanga reo (Māori immersion preschools), and kura kaupapa schools (primary and secondary schools that teach in te reo Māori, with philosophies and practices that reflect Māori cultural values). It can also include schools that teach te reo in mainstream Englsih schools.
