Statistics New Zealand has developed a comprehensive range of regional tables at area unit level (generally equivalent to an urban suburb) sourced from the 1996 Census of Population and Dwellings. Standard Regional Tables are available individually or in territorial authority and regional council packages. There are 30 tables covering personal and household characteristics, from ethnicity to occupation and housing.
