Surplus for Crown research institutes

Highlights

  • Crown research institutes (CRIs) reported a collective operating surplus of $25.2 million in the year ended June 2009.

 

  • Total operating income increased by $28.8 million to $677.9 million.

 

  • Total operating expenses increased by $30.8 million to $652.8 million.

 

  • Total assets were valued at $701.9 million at 30 June 2009 (up from $668.7 million at 30 June 2008).
