For the June 2008 quarter, seasonally adjusted volumes of:
- Residential building work fell 7.3 percent.
- Non-residential building work fell 3.6 percent.
- All building work fell 5.8 percent.
The trend indicates that volume of residential building work has decreased for the latest three quarters, while the volume of non-residential building work has decreased for the latest two quarters.
