For the December 2016 quarter, compared with the September 2016 quarter (seasonally adjusted):
- Total wholesale trade sales rose 0.7 percent ($176 million).
- Four of the six industries had increased sales.
- The largest increase in sales was in grocery, liquor, and tobacco products wholesaling, up 2.0 percent ($150 million).
Total actual wholesale stocks were up 1.6 percent ($172 million) when compared with the December 2015 quarter.
