Household labour force statistics
The quarterly Household Labour Force Survey collects information relating to the employed, the unemployed and those not in the labour force who comprise New Zealand’s working-age (15 years and over) population.
Details available include age, sex, ethnicity, occupation, employment status, educational qualification, and hours worked.
Data is collected in a large survey of households, with a questionnaire for each household and for each household member.
