Wholesale trade statistics measure sale or resale of new or used goods to retailers, including businesses or institutional (including government) users.
Statistics include total wholesale sales and stock by quarter, by storetype, and by industry.
Wholesale industries include primary product food (eg meat, dairy, fruit and vegetable wholesaling), builders' supplies, electrical and electronic equipment, petroleum products and motor vehicles.
