2007 Agricultural Production Census – Horticulture

The 2007 Agricultural Production Census statistics present a snapshot of New Zealand primary production. Additional tables are available; these follow the first final release of statistics from 2007 Agricultural Production Census in May 2008.

The Census covered land use for horticulture, the amount and type of crops grown and harvested. Both indoor and outdoor fruit and vegetable production are covered, as well as other important crops, including apples, kiwifruit and wine grapes.
