Comparing income information from census and administrative sources describes our preliminary analysis of total personal income and source of income information available from administrative sources. It builds on findings from O’Byrne et al (2014) in the context of future censuses.

It is one of a series of investigations as part of the Census Transformation programme. The programme explores the potential for administrative data sources to provide census-type information.
