Work-related injury statistics 2002–2008
A selection of detailed tables based on the annual 'Injury Statistics – Work-related claims' releases for the years 2002 to 2008 are now available. These are based solely on information received from the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). The 2008 figures are provisional until final figures are released in October 2010. Some previous tables have been revised and replaced so that the figures correspond to those in the releases. The table ‘All claims for work-related injuries by District Health Board 2002–2007’ has been replaced by five tables covering the years 2002–2004, and each individual year from 2005 to 2008. The table 'All claims for work-related injuries by Region 2002–2007' has been removed (the regional figures can be derived from the Territorial Authority figures).
