What is the average wage by region?
The Linked Employer-Employee Dataset (LEED)
is the best data source if you want to know the average wage by region. The LEED data is produced as a quarterly job-level release and as an annual person-level release.
The LEED job-level release will tell you how much money is earnt from wages and salaries per job rather than per individual.
The LEED person-level release will also tell you how much an individual earns from wages and salaries, regardless of the number of jobs worked by that one individual.
