Due to a reprioritisation of Statistics New Zealand's output programme, Demographic Trends will now be published on a two-yearly rather than an annual basis. This means Demographic Trends 2008 will not be published in January 2009 as scheduled. The next volume will be Demographic Trends 2009, which is likely to be released in January 2010.
