Value of Building Work Put in Place: December 2007 quarter

Highlights

For the December quarter, after removal of price changes and seasonal fluctuation:

• Non-residential building work is up 13 percent.
• Residential building work is down 1.5 percent.
• All building work is up 3.9 percent.

Trend values for price-adjusted non-residential building work show increases for the two latest quarters.
