In order to complete a business survey online, you must have received an information pack by post from Statistics NZ.
Step 1: Read the information pack that has been mailed to you. This pack includes a unique access code.
Step 2: Access the survey through your browser by using the unique access code.
Step 3: Click the Start button when you are ready to begin.
Step 4: Click Submit when you have finished the survey.
Note that you cannot save a partially completed survey. It is important that you have all the information you need before you start the survey. Check the 'Before you begin checklist' before you start the survey.
You can print at any stage while you are completing the survey by using your internet browser's print function.
There is online help available when you are completing the survey.
