The New Zealand Standard Trade Classification – Level of Processing is a hierarchical classification of five levels. Level one of the classification has 3 categories. Level two has 5 categories, level three has 20 categories, level 4 has 59 categories, and level 5 has 208 categories – excluding residual categories.
